Abstract: The article aims to introduce Professor Xu Nenggui's "Du pulse for the brain, attending the brain disease" academic thinking. To elucidate the theoretical basis and mechanism of the treatment of ischemic stroke.  I  believe  that  pass  the  tone  of  the  needle  in  the  clinical  treatment  of  stroke  and  its  sequelae significantly, should be further clinical research and application.
