Abstract:Objective: to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of dysphagia and summarizes the national name of old Chinese teacher professor Yin Kejing points acupuncture experience "swallowing point" in the treatment of cerebral stroke. Methods: 60 stroke patients were randomly divided into acupuncture "swallowing" group (treatment group) and rehabilitation training the treatment group (control group). Results: after statistical Watian drinking water test score, standardized swallowing assessment scale (SSA) before and after treatment, the scores of stroke swallowing function improved, can be two kinds of treatment methods to improve the swallowing function in patients with stroke, but "swallowing" acupuncture group than in rehabilitation group. Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on swallowing function in stroke patients is better than that in rehabilitation training group.
