Abstract:  With  the  increasing  pressure  of  modern  life,  young  and  middle-aged  women,  both suffering  from  thyroid  nodules,  breast  hyperplasia,  Leiomyoma,  one  of  the  two  or  three diseases  ,besides  ,the  number  of  patients  is  constantly  increasing.  Hypothalamo  -  pituitary  -gonadal axis (HPGA) changes have a correlation with the incidence of thyroid nodules, breast hyperplasia,  Leiomyoma  .In  recent  years,  many  scholars  study  the  network  regulation  of reproductive function by acupuncture from the overall gene-cell-gene level.Acupuncture treatment of  reproductive  and  endocrine  diseases  have  achieved  a  certain  effect.Acupuncture  and moxibustion  on  the  gonadal  axis  from  the  center  to  the  gonadal  regulation  mechanism  of experimental  research  has  made  many  new  advance.Acupuncture  on  the  (HPGA)   has  a significant regulatory role.Its role may be related to acupuncture regulating hypothalamic-pituitary β-endorphin level and promoting the expression of c-fos and other third messengers.However, the existing studies are scattered and repetitive, and there is a lack of large-scale and serialized research on  comprehensive  multidisciplinary  cooperation.There  are  many  mechanisms  are  not  clear, pending  further  study  and  research.This  article  discusses  the  relationship  between  the hypothalamic pituitary gland axis and thyroid nodules, breast hyperplasia and uterine fibroids from the perspective of holistic perspective.From a macro point of view, the occurrence of such diseases may be the body's internal environment suitable for their growth, proliferation,This change in the internal environment, of course, appears to gasification disorders，If you can adjust its abnormal gasification,  so  that  the  body's  gasification  activity  back  to  the  original  state  of  order,  Then eliminate  the  nodules  within  the  environment 。 The  overall  regulation  is  the  advantage  of acupuncture.Acupuncture can adjust the endocrine system function in a bidirectional, benign and whole way according to the pathological state of human body and other related factors to achieve the  stability  and  balance  of  the  body  and  maintaining  the  balance  of  internal  and  external environment. The overall regulation is the advantage of acupuncture.Acupuncture treatment can promote blood circulation, Endometriosis, improve local blood circulation, strengthen the local tissue metabolism, in order to facilitate atrophy and absorption of nodules. Acupuncture can play a role in the treatment of endocrine system diseases and gynecological diseases.
