ABSTRACT： Summarizing the relevant literature on the  mechanism of blistering cupping therapy in recent years, to further explore the mechanism of clinical investigation on blistering cupping therapy. This  paper  discusses  the  traditional  view,  modern  research  and  blister  research of  the mechanism of cupping therapy. The blistering cupping therapy as a new type of cupping therapy was  accepted  by  more  physicians.  However,  the  study  of  the  clinical  application  of  blistering cupping therapy is very important, and the mechanism study is relatively backward. There  is no systematic way of explaining its mechanism. Therefore, So the author thinks that the blistering cupping is on the basis of the cupping, through the way of blistering , Activate the neuroendocrine  -  immune  network,  and  activate  the  immune  system,  The  curative  effect  can  be improved  by  removing  the  disease  .Comprehensive  exploration  blistering  cupping  therapy mechanism further, It is not only important for the promotion of blistering cupping therapy, but also it is helpful to guide clinical treatment and improve clinical application.
