Abstract: Objective: To  observe  and  compare  the  sanfu  days  of  different  intensity  of  acupoint sticking with moderately severe persistent allergic rhinitis the clinical curative effect and security. Methods: 160 patients with moderately severe persistent allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into treatment group 1 (40 cases), treatment group 2 (40 cases) and treatment groups 3 (40 cases) and  the  placebo  group  (40  cases).Unified  use  compound  white  mustard  prescription  (white mustard, angelica dahurica, asarum, corydalis yanhusuo). Treatment group 1 with ginger juice to reconcile the traditional Chinese medicine powder (namely "ginger attach"), 2 and 3 treatment groups mixed with honey powder (namely "honey sticking"), the placebo group made from millet powder, and distilled water appearance the same fake ointment. Treatment group 1 and 2 treat 2h, Treatment group 3 and 4 treat 6h, to attach 1 times a week during the sanfu days, attach five weeks in a row. The acupoints of the observation group were mainly in the GV. Observe four groups before and after five weeks of treatment in patients with nasal symptom scores (TNSS), nasal mucous membrane inflammation in the quality of  life questionnaire (RQLQ), blood eosinophils (EOS), relative and compare the clinical curative effect of two groups. In addition, the observed treatment groups incidence of adverse reactions of the skin.  Result:  (1) treatment after treatment group were lower before the treatment (P< 0.05, P < 0.01), the improvement of the three treatment groups of TNSS degree is better than that of treatment 1 group, 2 group (P < 0.05).(2) patients in treatment group after treatment RQLQ total scores were lower (P < 0.05, P  < 0.01), compared with treatment 1 group, 2 group, treatment group 3 RQLQ larger decreased (P< 0.05). (3) in treatment group  after  treatment  EOS  than  before  treatment  were  decreased  (P <  0.05),  there  was  no statistically significant difference between the  treatment way (P  > 0.05).(4) treatment group total effective  rate  was  76.3%  (29/38)  1,  2  treatment  group  total  effective  rate  was  71.8%  (28/39), treatment group total effective rate was 85.0% (34/40), 3 is better than that of treatment 1 group, 2 group and the placebo group (P< 0.05, P< 0.01), the placebo group the total effective rate was 5.0% (2/40).Incidence of adverse reactions to skin group 1 was 39.5% (15/38), group 2 was 0.0% (0/39),  treatment  group  2.5%  (1/40),  3  way  difference  between  statistical  significance  (P < 0.05).Conclusion: different acupoints sticking strength can improve moderately severe persistent allergic  rhinitis symptoms  and quality  of  life.  "Ginger attach"  stimulus  intensity big, 2 h after applied to the skin blisters; "Honey tone  attach" stimulus is moderate, not a blister.6 h "honey sticking" mild skin irritation, in this study, the curative effect is strongest.
