Abstract：Schematic diagram is an indispensable part of modern life science research and effectively shows an intuitive effect in the form of simple composition. Schematic quality directly affect the degree of people's understanding of the expression of the specific content. With the emerging of modern drawing tools, the quality of schematic diagram in the literature of life sciences has received comprehensive ascension. By contrast, it is lagging behind in the field of acupuncture. As a vector plotting tool, Illustrator is easy to learn and to operate. In order to enhance the level of the schematic drawing in the field of acupuncture effectively, this study as the anatomy structure about Five-shu points of human hand and foot jue Yin meridians for example and using Adobe Illustrator to draw the hanatomy structure about Five-shu points of human hand and foot jue Yin meridians by the combination of various angles, like body surface, bone, nerve and arteriovenous. Through this article, we've come to summarize a kind of drawing process which is easy to learn. It includ the specific steps, application technique and matters needing attention. we look forward to these methods could play an important role in acupuncture research work in the future .
