Effect of Meridian Flow Injection Point on Efficacy and Serum IgE of Spleen - dampness - dampness - type Atopic Dermatitis

Abstract: Objective: The clinical research is observe the application of Ziwuliuzhu Najia method acupoints on patients with atopic dermatitis of spleen deficiency wetness type and the ways how it influence the serum IgE and AQP3 factors. Methods: 103 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, all were given drug treatment,excluding all kinds of factors, The treatment group of 31 cases were treated by Ziwuliuzhu Najiamethod of acupoint selections and intradermal needles;The control group of 30 patients were treated with conventional acupoint selections and intradermal needles, This group was treated beyond the time of Najia method , 30 cases in the blank group were treated with plain drugs. Applying the method of time selections based on Najia timetable and the acupoints of SP1 (隐白Yinbai) between 9:00~10:59 on the date of JI and LU5(尺泽Chize)between  13:00~14:59 on the date of SI. After embedding needle treatments for 2 hours, the needle was removed. After 4 weeks of treatment, the severity of skin lesions, EASI and clinical efficacy, as well as the impact of IgE serum detection index were observed. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, EASI, clinical efficacy and serum IgE of the treatment group has the best effect among the 3 groups.P <0.05. The EASI of the control group compared with the blank group has no statistical significance, P > 0.05, the curative effect is equal. Conclusion: curative effects of Ziwuliuzhu Najia method of acupoint selection of atopic dermatitis of the spleen deficiency is certain and could provide traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods with new clinical ideas.
