Related orders are: Order about Indications and Contraindications of Reflexotherapy, Order about Serum Hepatitis and HIV Virus Inflation, Order about Viral Prevention in Reflexotherapy, Order about Existing Circumstances of Reflexotherapical Practitioners, etc.. 　　Ministry of Health launched No. 364 Order: Order to introduce Reflexotherapy into Professional Catalogue for Doctors and Pharmacists and No. 38 Order: Order to Further Develop Reflexotherapy in Russian Federal, marking Russian government’s official admission of Reflexotherapy to conclude it into governmental medical system as an independent and science-based therapy. Russian Education and Health Ministry have included acupuncture-moxibustion and other traditional therapies into rehabilitation medicine, whose National Professional Technique Code is 14.00.51.
