Abstract objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy and manipulation lysis in the treatment of the periarthritis humeroscapularis under the brachial plexus anesthesia.Method:72 cases were rand omly divided into two groups,36 cases in experimental group were treated by acupotomy and manipulation lysis under the brachial plexus anesthesia, while 36 cases in control group were treated by cupuncture and Tuina. The analgesic effect, functional improvement and the curative effect effect were observed for the two groups.Results:1.According to visual analog scale (VAS) and Mallet score, there was statistically significant difference on comparing the difference of analgesic effect and functional improvement in the two groups before and after treatment (P<0.01); and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01),The experimental group has a better curative effect than the control group on the analgesia and the function improvement. 2.The curative effect in experimental group was better than that in control group and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:the method of acupotomy and manipulation lysis under the brachial plexus anesthesia is remarkable therapeutic effect in treating periarthritis humeroscapular.
