Abstract: This article discusses DU 25 from location, indications, relation with DU 26, etc. We think DU 25 is located in the depression of apex nasi. Not confused with DU 26, DU 25’s indications are developed from nose syndrome to emergency and complicated diseases. DU 25’s indications should be related to the theory of Zangfu and meridians.
