From 24th to 29th, November, 2016, a 7-people studying group from Scientific Studies Institute of Nadali Esmaeili - Center of Acupuncture Studies, a member society of WFAS, came to the headquarter of WFAS in Beijing to take the Pain Management course of Acupuncture-Moxibustion. Under the arrangement of WFAS, these Iranian doctors observed certain special techniques of acupuncture in Beijing Hospital.
　　On December 26th and 27th , 2016, 7 examinees participated in International Proficiency Test for Acupuncture-Moxibustion Practitioners of World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies (WFAS). They took tests on five subjects including Acupuncture Basics, Acupoints and Manipulations of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Acupuncture Treatment, Human Anatomy and clinical operation.
　　Since its foundation, WFAS has been enhancing international academic communications so as to further develop acupuncture medical sciences, acupuncture education and improve the level of acupuncturists. WFAS is willing to provide a communication and service platform for our global member societies so as to enhance the spread and development of acupuncture.
　　Since WFAS cooperated with Scientific Studies Institute of Nadali Esmaeili - Center of Acupuncture Studies, Dr. Nadali Esmaeili has been bringing Iranian students to study in WFAS 2-3 times each year. They are fairly passionate about acupuncture and keep asking interesting question to Chinese doctors. Iran is one of the countries along “The Belt and Road”. WFAS shall continue our cooperation with Iran to further develop the world acupuncture.
