Abstract:  Introduction: Life under stress conditions is known to easily induce various diseases such as psychosomatic disorder.Although it has been reported that tactile stimulation is effective against  stress  symptoms/diseases,  details  of  mechanism  are  unknown. This  study  observes  the effects of the central nervous system on the non-invasive skin stimulation. Methods: Experiments were  performed  on  model  rats  with  chronic  stress  (Specific  Alternation  of  Rhythm  in Temperature:SART stress model). Rats were classified into two groups (n=10) of the noninvasive skin stimulationby microcones group (stimulation site corresponding to ST -36, A) and the control group  (C).Evaluation  was  a  change  in  dopamine  dynamics  in  the  brain.  Result/Discussion:In group  C,  there  was  no  significant  difference  in  dopamine  release  between  before  and  after intervention by non-invasive skin  stimulation. In groupA, the release of dopamine increased due to stimulation,  and  a  significant  difference  was  observed  after  20  minutes  from  that  before  the intervention. It was suggested that non-invasive skin stimulation to the site corresponding to ST -36 may have an effect on the dopamine nervous system in the brain.
