Abstract Objective: Through the combination of thermal infrared imaging and laser doppler blood flow imaging technique,LED lights and photoelectric instrument after irradiation treatment arm hole area temperature change and microcirculation perfusion,Understanding of LED lights and photoelectric instrument irradiation effects on hole zone temperature and blood perfusion .Methods :10 cases of healthy subjects, Using leds illuminate and photoelectric instrument on the right side of the closed cavity in 30 min, Application of infrared thermal image, laser doppler blood flow imaging technique.Observation point the temperature and the change of skin microcirculation perfusion. And carry on quantitative analysis of temperature and blood flow value. Result: (1) LED lights and photoelectric instrument within the human body acupoint irradiation treatment on clearance hole area blood perfusion were significantly increased. The same point in time, the LED lights and photoelectric instrument for exposure groups, respectively, compared with before their contrast, statistically difference(P<0.05). (2)LED lights and photoelectric instrument within the human body acupoint irradiation treatment on clearance hole area temperature were significantly increased, groups of temperature increasing trend is consistent with the trend of blood perfusion(P<0.05) . Conclusion:LED lights and photoelectric instrument after irradiation treatment hole area and local skin temperature, blood perfusion volume increased significantly, the local tissue can promote blood circulation and metabolic activity.
