In order to further promote the quality standards of international acupuncture and moxibustion education, the construction of international acupuncture and moxibustion textbooks, and the international talent training model,  and to promote the improvement of international acupuncture and moxibustion education, so as to work together for the development of international acupuncture and moxibustion education. the General Election Conference of Education Working Committee World Federation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Societies & the Third International Acupuncture Education Academic Conference will be held in Wuhan (online and offline) on October 21-23, 2023. The conference is hosted by WFAS and will be organized by Education Working Committee World Federation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Societies(WFAS) and Hubei University of Chinese Medicine, in accordance with the provisions and procedures of the Administrative Measures of the Education Working Committee World Federation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Societies(WFAS), The relevant matters of the conference are hereby notified as follows:

2. Paper Collection

(1) Contents

Focusing on the theme of 2023 International Acupuncture Education Academic Conference "Innovating Acupuncture Education and Promoting the Internationalization of Acupuncture and Moxibustion", the essay solicitation covers the development of international acupuncture and moxibustion education, innovation and practice of students' training models of acupuncture education, international acupuncture education research, acupuncture and moxibustion curriculum and textbook construction, etc.

(2) Requirements

① The information and academic achievements reflected in the paper must be completed from 2018 to 2023; The first author is limited to submitting one paper per person. Please do not involve confidential content in the paper. The author is requested to ensure the authenticity and objectivity of the content, and is responsible for the content.

② The paper must submit an abstract in both Chinese and English (with a maximum of 300 words in Chinese), or a full text with a maximum of 3000 words and a maximum of 5 pages.

③ The deadline for submission of the paper is September 30, 2023, and should be sent to email: jygzwyh@126.com The email topic is "2023 Wuhan Conference Paper+Name".

④ Please keep the original manuscript for yourself. Whether the paper is selected or not will not be returned. The articles included in the collection of papers for this conference can be submitted for publication in other academic journals.

⑤The attending representatives will give speeches or display wallpapers,  both Chinese and English abstracts must be submitted. The format of submission and wall newspaper must comply with regulatory requirements.

Note: During the meeting, transportation, accommodation, and round-trip transportation expenses will be borne by oneself, transfer services between airport/station and hotel is available by the conference staff.

Taxi: About 35 kilometers away from the hotel (venue) and takes about 43 minutes by car.

Subway: Take Metro Line 2 (departing towards Fozuling) to Wangjiadun East (subway station), transfer to Metro Line 7 (departing towards Qinglongshan Metro Town) to Xinhe Street (subway station) and walk to the hotel, and takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes.

9. Related instructions

The General Meeting of the Education Working Committee of the World Federation of acupuncture and moxibustion Societies, candidates for the second working committee members need to participate offline. Candidates for special circumstances can entrust others to participate offline, and overseas committee members can apply for online participation. Failure to attend work meetings for three consecutive times will result in disqualification from the committee.
